• Designed to replace inconsistent third-party tools with a single, integrated workflow tied directly to the Asset Portal

• Structured to support fast creation, reuse, and deployment across print, digital, and co-branded materials

• Designed a minimal, intuitive UI allowing non-technical users to generate compliant QR codes in seconds

• Built an end-to-end workflow connecting code creation, Asset Portal storage, and template-based asset production

• Architected a Drupal-based system ensuring instant, accurate QR generation across multiple formats with consistent UTM tracking

The QR Code Generator eliminated reliance on third-party services, reducing partner spending by 6% and cutting support requests by 40%.
