• Re-architected the Information Architecture to improve discoverability, speed, and system scalability

• Redesigned the co-branded template editor to simplify partner customization and reduce friction

• Structured metadata and multilingual workflows to expand access across nine languages

The redesigned portal significantly improved performance and usability, delivering 25% faster search, 20% higher user engagement, a 27% performance gain, 42% increased scalability, and a 24% reduction in system latency.​​​
